Melbourne's forward depth is set for another huge test with Bryan Norrie and Adam Woolnough in doubt for the ANZAC Day clash with the Warriors.
Both players failed to train fully with their Storm team-mates on Thursday and coach Craig Bellamy says they will be given until match eve to prove their fitness for Monday's AAMI Park match.
Norrie is still nursing soreness from a huge hit from Penrith's Timana Tahu in the Storm's 25-10 away win last Sunday.
The Storm are already without injured duo Sika Manu and Troy Thompson for several more weeks, and Bellamy admits the latest injury issues are less than ideal.
"If those guys don't play it will stretch our reserve strength in the forwards," Bellamy said.
"Hopefully they'll be okay but they'll be on restricted duties this week.
"We'll give them until Sunday. Adam will probably do a little bit tomorrow, Nozz won't."
