The Sydney Roosters star has been granted an early release from his current deal will head to the Titans on a four-year contract from 2012.
Myles' deal follows the Titans' coup in signing young Bulldogs Test centre Idris for five years and their three-year deal with Cronulla forward Luke Douglas.
The Titans already boast current State of Origin stars Ashley Harrison and Greg Bird in their forward stocks as well as former New South Wales and Australia prop Luke Bailey.
Titans coach John Cartwright says there are no qualms about signing 25-year-old Myles to such a long deal.
"It's great to be able to sign a current State of Origin player and I believe he's at a stage of his career where his best football is in front of him," said Cartwright.
"He's already achieved a lot and more importantly he's playing great football at the moment.
"With the loss of Nathan Friend, Anthony Laffranchi and Brad Meyers for next season, it leaves a bit of hole there experience-wise but to add a player of his talent and potential will really add to our squad."
Myles himself says he is looking forward to returning to Queensland after seven seasons in Sydney with the Roosters and Canterbury.
"I just felt the timing was right to return home to Queensland," he said.
"I will now be living closer to family and friends who reside in south-east Queensland and I know a few of the boys at the Titans which is great."
